1. Uses:
This machine is designed for tubular knitted fabrics. It applies preshrinking-finishing and blanket-setting treatments to cotton, mixed cotton, mixed cotton and cotton/polyester fabrics. The treated fabrics have the following characteristics: stable width, smooth surface, soft texture, and reduced shrinkage.
2. Procedure:
The process involves feeding the fabric, steaming it, passing it through the shrinkage unit, and then folding the fabric.
3. Characteristics of the machine:
1) Fabrics drop smoothly without any pressure marks or prop plates.
2) The machine has two drying cylinders that can be heated using either thermal oil or electricity.
3) The surface temperature of the cylinders can be adjusted.
4) The compacting mechanism includes a pneumatic adjust device to correct the movement path of the felt snake shape.
