1. Applications of machines:
The moisture is removed as the fabric moves over the cylinder dryers that are heated by steam. The cylinder dryer can be used continuously with finishing plants, or as a standalone dryer for other treatments. Typically, there are one or two stacks arranged vertically, with 6/8/10/12 cylinders per stack.
2. Process:
Open width entry --- Infrared center device ---- Paddering mangle --- Tension applicator --- Cylinder drum unit --- Water-drum cooling ---- End section --- Plaiting.
