A. Customized to meet customer needs.
B. Rapidly increases room temperature to desired level, reducing waiting time and improving production efficiency.
C. The drying chamber is constructed with high-density insulating material that is 150mm thick, effectively minimizing heat loss and ensuring optimal stentering results.
D. Even at high temperatures, it generates sufficient air volume and pressure to ensure rapid penetration of hot air through the fabric using top and bottom nozzles, resulting in a flawless stentering effect.
E. Built-in internal exhaust pipe
The built-in internal exhaust pipe significantly contributes to energy savings by recycling exhaust as fabric heating, thereby enhancing heat radiation efficiency. It also prevents the condensation of exhaust humidity and its return to the chamber after cooling.
F. Thanks to the specially designed nozzle, the chamber has a large air volume and even temperature distribution, making it suitable for heavy knits.
G. Each chamber can be individually set to a different temperature.
