Open-width fabric entry → fabric tighten frame → disc screw thread spreading → initiative fabric feeding, crentring → down overfeed → spreading and weft correcting → upper overfeed → pinning → tentering → pin falling off → double felt compacting → belt conveying → open-width plaiting

These machines are equipped with twin compacting cylinders that provide excellent control over the size stability of open-width knitted fabrics. They also have a unique cooling system, with a blower on top and an extractor below. Additionally, these machines have the capability to process two items at the same time. They are controlled using a PLC/touch-screen system. The temperature control is exceptional, thanks to the exclusive heating cylinders system, ensuring consistent and uniform results. The tension of the fabrics is carefully managed and controlled using highly sensitive double load cells that can be programmed.
