2. Machine features:
(1) The AC Variable Frequency Drive allows for mechanical speed of 10-50m / min as per the set process.
(2) During the steaming process, the fabric hangs freely from the loop, ensuring no tension and allowing the vapor to
completely evaporate the color.
(3) As the fabric enters the main chain of loops, it revolves while the hanging cloth bar rotates evenly to prevent any hot
marks or uneven aging.
(4) The steamer ensures quality steaming by controlling the steam flow within the convection cycle, humidity, temperature,
loop length, and time. This guarantees bright color fastness.
(5) The fabric is fully tensioned during the steaming process, ensuring a strain-free state. The steaming process is carried out
in a free state, avoiding any hanging prints. The steam inside the chamber forms a convection current and is controlled for
temperature, loop formation, and time.
