1. Machine processing:
Entry frame -- –Finishing Padder mangle --- Overfeeding -- Edge uncurling & Infrared Edge detecting device-- Pin or Clip on -- Stentering and Drying in Drying Chambers – Air-Jet Cooling zone -- Pin or clip off ---- Batching.
2. About the machine feature advantages:
1) The heat- insulating boards thickness is 150mm, filled with insulating material (mineral fibre) and silicone rubber strips used for sealing. It ensures the efficient heat insulation and less heat loss.
2) Special designed anti-pin off device to avoid the special fabric get-off pin in the chamber and ensure the machine can run smoothly.
3) The tension-free designs to meet some textile processing requirement according to the various request.
4) Advanced Electrical Control system;all the electrical control components are used the international famous brand, such as Siemen/Mistubishi PLC and HMI, Mistubishi inverter, E+L selvedge tracing device and uncurler, Maxon Gas Burner etc.
5) The machine adopted with high Efficiency Heat Exchanger or Gas burner ( American Maxon or Germany Weishaupt or Italian Rilleo), which quickly heat up the air in the chambers temperature to the set temperature, and greatly reduce the dull time and achieve production efficiency.
6) Special designed inner exhaust pipe enhanced the energy saving.
