1- Purpose:
This range series are used for cotton, hemp and its blends to be soaked in the dye liquor of dispersing agent, indanthrene, indigo sol, polyesters active dye, cyanine dye and drying. And develop the dye and get rid of lousiness and impurities.
2- Process:
Open width feed-in (with J scray) → [2 bowl Squeezer → Close Washer (5/6)] x 4 →3 bowl Squeezer → Delivery unit (Debatcher with J scray).
3- Technical specifications:
Roller width range: : 1600-3600mm
Minimum useful fabric width : 600mm
Maximum useful fabric width (WB) : 3400mm
Machine speed range : 10---70 m/min
Drive side (related to the direction of the fabric run) : left/right
Operating side : opposite to the drive
