1. Equipment process flow:
Open-width fabric inlet→ loop forming → fabric ageing → Fabric outlet.
2.Technical Parameters:
Machine hand: left or right
Nominal width range: 1800 to 3600mm
Fabric working width range: 1600 to 3400mm
Machine running speed range: 5 to 50m/min
Looping height: 1.5 to 2.5m
Drive mode: main chain drive adopts AC servo motor, entry and exit adopts multiunit AC frequency drive; PLC is programmable controlled, electric cabinet supplied with air condition.
General power: about 32kw
Heating source: steam or thermal oil
3. Machine constructions:
1) Fabric entrance frame: entrance frame for fabrics, tightening frame, fraction roller, guiding roller.
2) Primary steaming chamber: includes entrance locks, entrance and exit sections of steamer, and several intermediate
sections. Heated top, bottom heating pipe, windows with lights for viewing, roller for fabric entry, looping device,
tracks for guiding chains, supporting rod, main drive, regulator for fabric exit speed with fabric capacity detection
device, exit locks, and exhaust fan, etc.
3) Moisturizing device: composed of high-pressure pump, high-pressure water storage, electric control valve,
temperature sensor, and mixed injector. The humidity in the steaming chamber can be controlled based on
the process.
4) Saturation device: Specially designed saturation device does not require external steam, which significantly
reduces the steam consumption of the entire steamer.
5) Oil circulation heating system: mainly consists of a hot heater and seamless tubular steel for connection.
