1, Working Processing:
The process of handling warp knitted fabrics begins with the feeding frame. Then, the fabric undergoes infra-red centering, followed by the two-bowl oblique padder. Next, the pneumatic fabric tensioner is utilized, followed by another round of infra-red centering. The fabric then passes through the four-roll weft straightener, lower overfeeding, and mechanical weft straightener. The bow roller expanding and upper overfeeding steps come after, followed by selvedge-detection. The fabric then goes through three-finger uncurling and plate uncurling, brush overfeeding, and pinning. Subsequently, the fabric is subjected to steaming and edge gumming. It then progresses to the extended rail, heat-setting chambers, and air cooling. Tension adjustment is carried out before the fabric is ultimately placed in the plaiter/mini batcher.
