Open width entry --- Fabric positioning device ----Infrared center guider ---- Padder --- Tension applicator ---- Infrared center guider ---- Expanding roller ---- Lower overfeeding screw expending ---Upper overfeeding --- Edge detecting & four-finger uncurler device--- Pinning-on ---- Chambers for heat setting ---Air cooling --- Pinning-off ---- End section --- Plaiting & batching.
3. Features of the Stenter machine:
1) Specially designed mechanism to prevent the fabric from coming off the pins in the chamber.
2) Multiple tension-free designs to meet various requirements in textile processing.
3) Utilizes an advanced electrical control system with internationally renowned brands like Siemens/Mitsubishi for PLC and HMI, Mitsubishi for inverters, E+L for selvedge tracing device and uncurler, and Maxon Gas Burner.
4) Equipped with a highly efficient heat exchanger or gas burner (Maxon, USA) that rapidly heats up the chamber to the desired temperature, reducing idle time and improving production efficiency.
5) Features a specially designed inner exhaust pipe that enhances energy saving.
