3. Key Features of stenter seperate units:
1) The stenter frame is made from 4mm steel plates. The chamber with multi-pieces of manual-open door design. Air cushion hot nozzles attached deflector blowing up and down vertically.It can achieve better shrinkage and average temperature of each part.
2) Padder mangle mechanical parts for obtaining the rotation and the movement of the rollers made with cylindrical and shifting supports.
Squeezing force obtained with extensible pneumatic hoods: Max. Pressure Kg. 10.000
Motorization at variable speed, made with motor and gearbox, directly coupled.
Chemical trough with chemical level control device of 150 lit.
3) Edges Cutting Device:
Under guide cloth wheel and cutter can inside and outside synchronously move. When cutting cloth edge can control size. Easy to adjust and operate.
4) Double filters:
Each chamber has double filters; it’s easier for machine maintenance.
One layer of stainless steel filter screen removable design .It can be extracted to the outside cleaning cotton without open the oven door when the machine is running.
5) Air Blower:
Circulation air blower use centrifugal fan. The advantage is low noise and strong wind.
6) Overfeeding/Underfeeding device:
Touch screen with human interface and PLC control. The Overfeed/Underfeed system is synchronized with the stenter chain at the accurate ratio read. (arrangement ratio:-20%,+80%)
7) Weft straightening rolls by push-button control for correction rectilinear skew wefts with driven. Skew roll with synchronous transmission. The stretch fabric to achieve a very low tension.
8) Chain rails made of special wear-resistant steel , high temperature resistance and transformed-free.
